Description
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the statutory reporting process for the UK company accounts and pension scheme
* Prepare UK company and pension scheme accounts using Caseware
* Serve as the primary contact for external auditors
* Complete impairment reviews for intellectual property and investments
* Manage month-end accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for foreign exchange, hedging, and inventory deferrals
* Complete ONS surveys
* Collaborate with the finance team on cashflow forecasting for the global treasury team and going concern assessments
Profile
Key Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
* Experience auditing or preparing statutory accounts
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and levels
* Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, sumifs, linking files)
* Experience with Caseware is advantageous
* Knowledge of E1/Oracle/Hyperion is a plus
* Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
