What’s on offer:
* £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.
* Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5:15pm.
* 22 days holiday plus stator holidays.
* (increasing to 25 days after 3 years and 27 days after 6 years).
* 1 hour lunch break.
Our client, a growing business in the Kingswinford area, are looking for administration support. They are an ambitious and customer-focused organisation currently enjoying a period of substantial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately processing sales orders.
* Fielding all incoming calls.
* Generating invoices.
* Checking consignments.
* Maintaining customer price lists.
* Undertaking stock checks.
* Completing export documentation and tracking all Admin department dashboards to ensure orders are correctly processed.
* Liaise with the sales team and warehouse staff to ensure the process runs smoothly.
* Assist in coordinating timely and accurate deliveries.
* Directly handling related enquiries from customers and working closely with our delivery companies.
* Taking a flexible approach and engagement in a wide variety of business support aspects, including improving customer services.
* Development of the price list structure.
* Control of new product procedures.
* Dealing with production of tailored customer reports and adherence to major customer requirements.
* Delivering a first-class service to our valued customers.
Person specifications:
* 4-5 years’ experience within a sale administration or business support role.
* Strong academic record, excellent numeracy skills or accounting background.
* Use of Sage X3 desirable and proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Good team player.
* Strong communication skills.
* Creative, ideas person.
* A proactive and ’can-do’ attitude.
* A flexible approach and willingness to be involved in a range of business areas in essential.
