Job Description:
TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting for a Client Manager to join a firm of accountants based near Deal, Kent. You will work in a general practice capacity across accounts, tax, bookkeeping and VAT, reporting into the Partners.
You will either be a qualified or qualified by experience Senior Accountant/ Client Manager. You will have lots of autonomy for your portfolio and a great chance to build long lasting relationships with your clients.
You will be responsible for:
* Preparation of statutory accounts to review stage using IRIS
* Assisting with management accounts production
* Personal taxation, corporate taxation and VAT returns
* General bookkeeping duties using Sage, Xero or Quickbooks
* Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees
Commutable from most towns in East Kent- Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Ashford, Canterbury, Thanet, Margate, Sandwich, Ramsgate etc.
Requirements Client Manager near Deal
* You will have 5+ years experience within an accountancy practice.
* You will be AAT / ACA/ ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience.
* You will have hands on experience of accounts, tax and VAT preparation.
Benefits * £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
