Role: * Brand Marketing Manager will work in lockstep with founder to guide story telling and marketing initiatives from briefing through execution
* Project manage marketing campaigns and activations – communicating regularly across the organization and agency partners to help create full funnel marketing strategy that drives business growth
* Helping define the storytelling, creative copywriting, definition of the clothing capsule names
* Creative moodboards for fashion campaigns and lifestyle photography productions
* Growing and leading on in house social media & influencer marketing, setting the whole communication and PR strategy
Requirements: * Experience working within similar fashion retail, online retailer.
* Well-versed in all aspects of Marketing and strong understanding of the luxury industry and knowledge of UK & European markets
* Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns, creative project management experience
* Entrepreneurial mindset, agile environment with responsibility for key decision making, building new online brand identity ( Brand identity, mission, vision ...etc)
* Experience within all social media platforms ( Instagram/Tiktok/Pinterest/YouTube)
