Job Description:
Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client that is continuing growing, has an exciting brand, based near Guildford in luscious offices in a stunning location. Were looking to recruit for several positions one of them being this role a Customer Service Advisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond to calls, incoming emails and ensure queries and orders are dealt with promptly and professionally
* Input customer orders
* Complete credit/collection requests and consult with the relevant department
* Manage customer sales history and update their purchases preferences as required
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
* Communicate important feedback from customer to Key Account Manager
* Provide after-sales support to the Key Account Manager and assist the Business Development Managers in the absence of the Sales Administrators
* Undertake any other tasks which can be reasonably expected in relation to the role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Experience of working in a similar support role
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Excellent customer service skills
* A polite and friendly manner
* Enjoys working under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to build team spirit and purpose.
