As a Client Support Administrator, you will be actively supporting their busy Financial Advisors. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office. Your duties will include:
* Be responsible for preparing information for the Financial Advisor prior to their client review meetings
* Action any required actions on behalf of the Financial Advisor
* Ensure all systems are updated with the completed activities
* Work effectively with the full team to ensure a quality, consistent approach is provided to clients
* Contact clients prior to confirm their appointments and obtain any outstanding information
Client Support Administrator Requirements
* Ideally, you should have 3+ years’ experience of office administration
* Ideally, you should be qualified to GCSE or A level standard
