We are seeking a Client Services Estimator to join a bustling Print business in North Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service skills or account management experience. A background in the print industry is advantageous but not essential for candidates who excel in customer relations.
Day-to-day of the role: * Managing key accounts and providing estimates for print jobs as required.
* Engaging with key customers to understand their print needs and requirements.
* Addressing any customer service questions and queries throughout the process.
* Overseeing customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing outstanding customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Exceptional customer service or account management experience.
* Background in the print industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
