We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Paralegal with strong Wills and Probate knowledge to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment and to progress in your legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle your caseload from start to completion.
* Creation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Have a good knowledge of planning care home fees
About you:
* Strong communication skills verbal and written.
* At least 2 years of experience in Wills and Probate
* Good organising skills
* Previous experience managing Wills and Probate caseload is important.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience
* 25 days holiday per annual, bank holidays
* Hybrid Working
