Job Description:
A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Machine Mould Setter on behalf of our client based in Basildon.
Your duties as a mould setter will include:
* Mould changing
* Colour changing
* Material changing
* Mixing pcr
* Quality checks
* Mould/machine maintenance
* Set robots, 6 axis, side entry, over head, IML (In mould label) and standard pick and place
* Troubleshoot moulding issues
* Troubleshoot robot/IML issues
* Use of overhead crane
* Good housekeeping
* 5s (Training given)
* Lean six sigma (Training given)
Requirements:
* It is essential that your housekeeping standards are good and you follow the 5s methodology.
* Be flexible in your working hours, days & nights if needed.
* You must be able to work both individually and as part of a team
* Work to deadlines
* Be able to follow a detailed production plan.
Hours of shift are 07:00-19:00 & 19:00-07:00
