Churchill Howard are currently working in partnership with a dynamic and highly successful business to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to add instant value to the business and support strategic decisions by partnering with both financial and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
* Business Partnering with senior finance and operational teams.
* Line managing finance team
* Support in commercial and operational decision-making
* Preparing and reviewing monthly management information including in-depth variance analysis and underlying performance reporting
* Production of regular presentation packs for senior management.
* Preparing and reviewing annual budgets and forecasts.

The successful applicant will be a high calibre qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and will ideally be available at short notice or immediately available. This is a rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced, change-focused environment.
