Job Description:
Tripod wishes to speak to Qualified social workers with QA/QC experience

FULLY OFFICE BASED
This role will sit within quality assurance team with a focus on systems and data improvement. The requirement is for data quality issues to be resolved through the post holder working with social workers and managers across children’s services to correct recording on Mosaic in order to improve recording and therefore data output. This will include in person, on teams and also via floor walking support. The post will work closely with colleagues in business intelligence and existing resource within the improvement team.
The role requires experience of using Mosaic system as well as knowledge of a wide range of social work areas and processes.
Requirements:
*Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
*Registration with Social Work England.
*Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
*Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
*Commitment to promoting social change, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and maximising independence.
