The role:
An opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, competitive market. Reporting to the UK Sales & Marketing Director, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts and driving growth across the North West region, covering major cities and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities will include:
* Strategic planning - identifying potential sales avenues and new relationships
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve targets
* Monitoring competitor activity and consumer behaviour to maintain edge
* Negotiating and managing contracts and pricing with customers
* Preparing reports for senior management
* Aligning with broader goals of the national sales team
The person:
* Passionate about FMCG sales
* Proven track record of success
* Confident communicator and relationship builder
* Able to make decisions based on market data and trend analysis
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
