Job Title: Events Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Marlow
Our well established client are looking for a Coordinator to work in their lovely offices in Marlow. You will be responsible for managing logistical requirements for customers attending events. You will be able to multi-task, work under pressure and work to tight deadlines in a customer facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* On-site event coordination
* Book participant transfers and manage changes
* Set up including online registration system frameworks
* Delegate registration and logistics management
* Budget tracking and management for accommodation and travel
* Ensure bookings and arrangements reflect policies and regulatory limits
* Manage hotel lists in line with contract deadlines
* Assist with expense claims for payment
What they will see in you:
* Knowledge of the CVENT registration system
* Highly driven to provide excellent customer service
* Experience in MS Office
* Ability to travel widely, and enthusiasm for international travel
* Organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
