Here’s a fantastic opportunity to join us as an Innovation Manager who will be researching, sourcing and delivering innovative solutions and technologies that will aid our customers in achieving their environmental and sustainability targets.
What you’ll be doing as Innovation Manager

Working across our commercial team, you will propose new technologies for our dry, clinical and hazardous waste customers, providing innovations that assist our customers in driving recycling, reducing costs, and increasing circularity. The role will also link our commercial team with our compliance team to ensure that the new innovations proposed and implemented are compliant and add environmental benefits.
What we’re looking for in you

- Preferably a degree in Environmental Science or Climate, Sustainability and Environmental Management.

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the waste industry.

- Demonstrates a passion for exceeding customer’s environmental and sustainability targets.

- Evidence of excellent report-writing skills.

- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.

- Full UK driving licence.
