Role: Audit Manager
Location: Birmingham (North)
Salary: £60,000

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of audits.
* Oversee a portfolio of 20-30 clients from a variety of industries.
* Supervise and manage a small team of Audit Seniors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all engagements.
* Work closely with clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
* 50% of your time focused on audit and 50% on accounts.
* Utilise systems such as Digita, Xero, Sage1, and QuickBooks for audit and accounting tasks.
* Contribute to the development of junior team members and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit.
* 4+ years of experience working in a practice environment.
* ACCA qualified is essential.
* Clear understanding and proven experience in audit planning, execution, and completion.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
* Willingness to work away for up to 3 weeks per year.
