Job Description:
Role: Audit Manager
Location: Birmingham (North)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of audits.
*Oversee a portfolio of 20-30 clients from a variety of industries.
*Supervise and manage a small team of Audit Seniors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all engagements.
*Work closely with clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
*50% of your time focused on audit and 50% on accounts.
*Utilise systems such as Digita, Xero, Sage1, and QuickBooks for audit and accounting tasks.
*Contribute to the development of junior team members and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit.
*4+ years of experience working in a practice environment.
*ACCA qualified is essential.
*Clear understanding and proven experience in audit planning, execution, and completion.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
*Willingness to work away for up to 3 weeks per year.
