Teaching Assistant *Location: Reading

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting teachers to deliver high-quality education and provide individualised assistance to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Day-to-day of the role: *Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
*Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
*Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Support the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
*Assist with classroom management and organisation.
*Participate in school activities and events, fostering a sense of community.
*Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
*A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*Basic understanding of child development and educational practices.
