Lead an experienced audit team, manage key client portfolios, and oversee engagements from start to finish, maintaining the firm’s high standards and enhancing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Client Management: Foster and sustain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs within the NFP sector.
*Audit Leadership: Oversee audits with expertise in Charities SORP, Further & Higher Education SORP, and FRS102.
*Team Leadership and Development: Mentor your audit team, guiding career growth and building a high-performing team.
*Strategic Advisory: Deliver insights that help clients enhance operational and financial processes for sustained success.
Who You Are:
You’re an ACA/ACCA-qualified professional with proven experience in the not-for-profit sector, particularly within higher education and charities. You bring expertise in relevant SORP standards and excel at managing client portfolios with a strategic approach.
