Temporary Handman/Maintenance Technician - £16p/h Nottingham
Immediate Start, 9:00 - 17:30 Monday-Friday
My client provides high quality student housing, in both shared houses and apartments, in 24 cities across the UK, leading the way in offering exceptional student accommodation. I am recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join their team to manage repairs and maintenance across their portfolio of student houses in Nottingham.
Duties include:
*Provide high standard repairs, maintenance and decorating across a portfolio of high quality student housing
*Working and interacting with student customers to rectify maintenane issues
*Complete planned and reactive maintenance
*Undertake health and safety checks 
*Carry out statutory compliance inspections where necessary
*Energy and utility management including meter reading and broadband service management
*Basic seasonal garden maintenance 
What we need from you:
*Full, clean driving license
*Experience completing repairs and planned maintenance
*Experience in painting 
*Experience in basic maintenance (carpentry, plumbing and electrical)
*Excellent communication and customer service 
*Proactive and positive attitude to work under own initiative
*Strong IT skills with the ability to use IOS on iPhone and iPad and experience with Microsoft Office
