Harmonic is thrilled to partner with one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in their search for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company within the food and beverage industry with a mission to create innovative products that bring positive energy to their consumers while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and high quality standards.
The ideal candidate will handle both finance and operational activities, contributing to the startup’s next phase of growth. We are also seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Administrator to join their fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a significant impact in a high-growth business.
Responsibilities:
As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance function. Your main responsibilities will include:
*Managing the day-to-day finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management.
*Accurately inputting financial data into our accounting system and ensuring timely reconciliation of bank accounts and other ledgers.
*Processing customer and supplier invoices, ensuring they are properly recorded and tracked for payment.
*Assisting with the monitoring and chasing of overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
*Supporting the finance team with employee expense reporting and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
*Preparing regular financial reports and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting processes.
*Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
*Providing additional support to the finance team as needed, including data analysis and project work.
What our client would like to see (Essential):
*Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within the food and beverage or a similar fast-paced industry.
*Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
*A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
