Working hours:
*Monday to Friday
*Alternative Saturdays
The successful New Homes Sales Manager will be offered:
*Basic of £53,000
*OTE of £85,000 (Uncapped)
*Bonuses
*Annual award trips and prizes
*A paid day off for your birthday
*Career progression
*Personal private health care
*Length of service benefits
New Homes Sales Manager requirements:
*Have previous Estate Agency and New Homes experience.
*Be target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
*Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
*Display high standards of service and presentation.
*Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
*Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a New Homes Sales Manager:
*Work closely with the local branch teams to ensure sales performance and instruction opportunities are maximised.
*Support clients to maximise the marketing of their stock units using our industry-leading offering.
*Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
*Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region.
