Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this continuously growing company as a Customer Accounts Manager. You’ll work alongside this award-winning Sales team in their Ipswich based office, to ensure the smooth day-to-day function of the operation.
The Ideal Person:
*This is fast paced environment so the right candidate should be a great team player who is organised and able to prioritise their workload.
*Excellent communication skills are essential along with a ’can do’ attitude.
*Previous Administration experience and dealing with customers over the phone is essential.
*Ability to work independently and take initiative
*Positive attitude and work well with a team
Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do; providing an excellent service, developing key relationships, and consistently assisting the team to hit its targets is a vital part of this role. Responsibilities include:
*Order management & bid negotiation
*Handling incoming calls for the department and liaising with customers over the phone.
*Supporting customers throughout the sales process
*Processing orders (full system training provided)
*Processing queries and order amendments to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Pre- and post-sales support for a varied customer base
*Logging and processing sales via our internal sales system
*Chasing and escalating order with other departments and vendors
*Liaising with the warehouse to ensure stock received is despatched within agreed timelines.
*Sourcing new customers and sales opportunities.
