Job Title: Salesforce Product Manager

In this pivotal role, you’ll mentor a team of talented Salesforce admins while guiding cross-functional teams to enhance our Service Cloud platform. You’ll be the visionary shaping our Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring we’re always ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a Salesforce product strategy that drives business goals.
*Innovate and Prioritise: Identify and prioritise impactful features and enhancements to maximise efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
*Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with teams to ensure product goals align with broader business objectives.
*Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends through competitive analysis, ensuring the product suite remains cutting-edge.
*Deliver Excellence: Work closely with the development team to ensure timely, high-quality releases, staying within budget.
*Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback and improve the product experience.
