Salary: Up to £75,000
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days a Week in the Sheffield Office)

In this pivotal role, you’ll mentor a team of talented Salesforce admins while guiding cross-functional teams to enhance our Service Cloud platform. Your work will align with strategic business goals, transforming needs into technical solutions that improve customer satisfaction, boost efficiency, and drive revenue growth. You’ll be the visionary shaping our Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring we’re always ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a Salesforce product strategy that drives business goals.
*Innovate and Prioritise: Identify and prioritise impactful features and enhancements to maximise efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
*Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with teams to ensure product goals align with broader business objectives.
*Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends through competitive analysis, ensuring the product suite remains cutting-edge.
*Deliver Excellence: Work closely with the development team to ensure timely, high-quality releases, staying within budget.
*Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback and improve the product experience.
What You’ll Bring:
*Proven experience as a Product Owner with a focus on user-centric solutions.
*Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and familiarity with the wider Salesforce product suite.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage 3rd party partners.
*A knack for influencing stakeholders and translating product visions into actionable roadmaps.
*Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with an ability to challenge and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
