Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA
£33,454 - £39,727 per annum, hybrid working
NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, in the North West London area.

In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic fostering agency. They provide ongoing therapeutic training so you can enhance your skills with them.

Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 8 - 10 foster families, located mostly around North West London, with a few located around Buckinghamshire (Chesham for example), Oxford, Reading, Twickenham, Hounslow, Uxbridge, Hayes, Harrow, Watford and Greenford.

The role involves supervising foster carers and working therapeutically with them and the children and young people in their care.

This is a hybrid role so you can work from home 2 days per week and 3 days from their office in North West London.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
