Job Description:
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - TEMP ON GOING
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30AM - 5:00PM
£12.43 PER HOUR
STARTING ASAP
NG6, NOTTINGHAM - ON SITE PARKING
Job Responsibilities:
*Report Processing: Accurately process and review a variety of reports to ensure data consistency and clarity.
*Documentation Management: Gather and verify all relevant documentation from off-site engineers, ensuring timely and complete submissions.
*Compliance Oversight: Ensure all documentation is compliant with internal standards and correctly logged within the CRM system.
*Follow-Up on Missing Documentation: Proactively chase and resolve any gaps in documentation, ensuring full compliance.
*Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers to secure necessary documentation, resolve queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
*Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute detailed sales reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
*System Data Management: Upload and categorise relevant documents within the system, ensuring they are associated with the correct job files for easy reference.
*Documentation Accuracy: Maintain and regularly update accurate and organised records, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
*Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including supporting team members with various ad hoc tasks as required, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key skills required
- Excellent IT / Microsoft office skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good organisation skills
