The ideal candidate for the role of Primary School Supply Teacher must be able to confidently deliver pre-planned work left by the class teacher, whilst maintaining strong behaviour and classroom management skills following the school behaviour policy, whilst working closely with other members of teaching staff to deliver the best education for the children in this ’outstanding’ school.
This role will be delivering a range of subjects across KS1 & KS2.

The role of Primary School Supply teacher includes, delivering the lessons that have been pre planned by the class teacher, as well as delivering exciting and informative lessons across a range of KS1 & KS2 subjects. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage the behaviour of the children in their class, whilst building relationships with other members of staff, the pupils and the parents of these children. You must also be passionate about delivering a high standard of work at all times, be enthusiastic about the learning of the pupils and able to bring out their full potential, whilst going the extra mile to make sure that the high standards of this ’outstanding’ school are met.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
*Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
*Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
*Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
*Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience for the pupils.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students’ lives.
