*Handle data tasks, including cleansing, exporting, and preparing weekly reports
*Assist with technical projects and system upgrades

Key Skills:
*Some experience in technical support, reporting, or data-focused roles
*High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
*Comfortable providing both face-to-face and remote support to users
*Proficiency in MS Excel
*Knowledge of Salesforce, Sage, or SQL would be an advantage
