Job Description:
Job Title: Practice Manager
Location: Macclesfield, SK10 (Prestbury Road)
Salary: From £32,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Manager to lead their busy and well-established dental practice in the heart of Macclesfield. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
*Lead and motivate the dental team, providing support, training, and guidance.
*Manage practice resources efficiently, including appointment scheduling, patient records, and treatment plans.
*Ensure exceptional patient care and experience from start to finish.
*Manage financial performance, including budgets, targets, and cost management.
*Utilise Dentally practice management software and oversee the use of digital tools, including iPads in every surgery and the iTero scanner for enhanced patient care.
*Build relationships with suppliers, NHS commissioners, and private healthcare providers.

Ideal Candidate:
*Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare management role.
*Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Familiarity with practice management software (experience with Dentally is an advantage).
*Knowledge of both NHS and private dental care systems.
*Ability to manage a team effectively and ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
*A proactive approach to improving patient care and staff development.
