Job Description:
+Lots of flexible working-perhaps 1 or 2 days in office
Our client is a Chartered boutique wealth planning company that has been in operation for many years and has substantial financial support. It has locations throughout the Southeast. I’ve had two meetings with the directors and have hired about ten people, including administrators, paraplanners, advisers, and compliance specialists. They enjoy a great reputation for offering very good whole-of-market guidance to their private clientele, who include families, accumulators, business owners, retirees, and City professionals. Numerous HNW clientele of theirs have funds to invest totalling more than £2 million. This company employs about twenty people, including five advisors, a full administrative and paraplanning team, and other support workers who help them provide their clients with smooth and efficient assistance. But they also own other companies.
An experienced Financial Administrator who can handle all required client services and back-office administration from beginning to end is needed to fill a vacancy. You may be assigned a personal advisor for assistance, and you will answer to an operations manager. It is ESSENTIAL to have prior Intelligent Office experience. A less experienced applicant will be taken into consideration by my client, but they must have the correct mindset and be eager to learn.
The position may provide for a great deal of flexibility, however when you are inducted, you will likely be required to visit the headquarters near Newbury more frequently than once a week. My client will help you with your studies if you are taking any exams for your level 4 diploma, however a career administrator would be a better fit for this task. My customer often enjoys corporate socials and outings, and they place a high value on employee well-being and team dynamics. My client is looking to give a base salary of between £28k and £34k along with benefits and a full study assistance package. The position may lead to a more senior administrator/team leader position or paraplanning. Additionally, individuals that can work part-time will be considered by my client.
If this role sounds of interest or any other roles I am working on please get in touch. Contact Sam Negbenebor at Financial Divisions.
