Position Overview
Due to rapid growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Quantitative Model Recruiter to join their team. The role involves sourcing and placing high-caliber quantitative modelers into hedge funds, asset management firms, and investment banks. You will focus on building long-term relationships with clients and senior candidates, as well as winning new business within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
*Source and placesenior quant modelerswith expertise in derivatives pricing, risk management, and algorithmic trading.
*Develop strong relationships with financial institutions across London and internationally.
*Provide expertadvice on hiring strategiesand talent availability in the quant space.
*Lead business development efforts to expand your client base inquant finance.
*Work closelywith leadership to ensure continued growth and success.
Requirements:
*1-3 yearsof recruitment experience, with at least 1yearin quant finance or related sectors.
*Strong track record of placing senior candidates ininvestment banking, hedge funds, or asset management.
*Exceptional client-facing skillswith proven success in business development.
*Deep knowledge ofquantitative finance, financial modeling, and related technologies (Python, C++, MATLAB).
*Self-driven and motivated with a focus ondelivering high-impact results.
