Job Description:
An independent, employee-owned Construction and Property Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Birmingham.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Construction Project Manager will join a renowned Global Consultancy with 12 offices nationwide and many more all over Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia and America.
This role offers a remarkable opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Project Management team. It’s an excellent chance for a skilled Project Manager to become part of a prestigious firm, providing long-term stability and significant potential for advancement to a Senior Project Manager position.
The role will initially involve working on a number of Healthcare, Commercial and Residential projects. However, the firm do get involved in all sectors of the built environment and can provide a plethora of exciting schemes and plenty of project variety as the role develops.

The Construction Project Manager
The incoming Construction Project Manager will have:
*A degree in Project Management or a construction related field
*Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
*Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) or committed to achieving
*Ability to work independently as a project lead but also collaboratively within a team
*Confident across all RIBA stages
