Job Overview:
I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join a dynamic team in Ashton-under-Lyne. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their projects by efficiently setting up jobs on their computer system, liaising with clients, and managing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
* Job Setup: Efficiently set up jobs on their computer system, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded and accessible.
* Client Liaison: Communicate professionally with clients to book operatives onsite, provide updates, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
* Material Ordering: Collaborate with team members to order necessary materials for various projects, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
* Job Forwarding: Transmit job details to operatives via PDAs, ensuring they have the information they need to perform their tasks effectively.
* Invoice Management: Process supplier invoices using Sage, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
* Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of job statuses, client communications, and supplier transactions.
* Support Team Members: Assist other administrative and operational team members as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and suppliers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a construction, facilities management, or similar industry.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Sage and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client relations.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
