The Role:
Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Executive who can hit the ground running and contribute to the growth of the business. The role is flexible, offering the opportunity to either inherit a portion of existing clients or develop a new book of business from scratch.
Key Opportunities:
*Immediate Book of Business: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inherit clients from day one, offering a strong foundation for building a sizable book of business.
*New Business Development: For those who prefer to start fresh, there is the option to develop a new book of business, with the support of telemarketing and marketing teams to target the right clients.
*Comprehensive Support: This role is supported by an experienced team of account handlers with strong technical and client management skills, as well as full claims handling support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Skills and Requirements:
*A strong commercial insurance background, ideally with experience in client management and sales.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
*Strong negotiation and time management abilities.
*CII qualifications are preferred, but full support will be provided for those pursuing further studies and exams.
