Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a dynamic business as they look for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have some experience with AP & AR but will be on a progressive path to learn more and develop with the role.
Main Duties:
*Credit card reconciliations; working with the credit card holders to ensure timely submission of all receipts
*Posting Purchase invoices onto Xero
*Setting up new Suppliers
*Assisting with the Payment runs
*Assisting with the Forecast sales input updates
*Follow up on an outstanding Accounts Receivables
*Assisting with Month End reconciliations
*Process of Employee Expenses for some of the entities
*Later on: Management Accounts preparation for some of the smaller entities after full training
About You:
*Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
*Be numerate and analytical
*Be reliable and precise
*’Can do attitude’ is a must
*Strong Excel skills
*Record transactions accurately and efficiently
