My client are an International Law Firm based in Leeds City Centre that are looking to expand their support team with a Legal Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to join a forward-thinking company with excellent career progression opportunities.
As a Legal Administrator your duties will include:
*Arranging both national and international travel
*Arranging and booking all internal and external meetings
*Dealing with all internal/external calls in a professional manner
*Extensive diary management
*Assist with billing and processing of expenses
*Preparing, collating and amending all documents
As a Legal Administrator you will have the following skills:
*Previous Administration/Secretarial experience is essential
*Previous experience working in a Legal or Professional Services environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent organisation and time management skills
*Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages
