Job Description:
Change Management & Enablement Consultant needed to join our team on a contract basis, here at VML Enterprise Solutions.
The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management and Enablement Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the successful adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes across our global organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive enablement strategies, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
What you’ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
*Define User Roles: Develop clear and concise role profiles outlining responsibilities and system access needs for various user groups.
*Conduct Needs Analysis: Lead use case analysis workshops to understand user needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
*Gather & Analyse Data: Design and analyse surveys to gather user feedback and measure adoption progress.
*Develop Training Materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and effective training materials (e.g., presentations, guides, videos).
*Deliver Training Programs: Facilitate engaging training sessions for end-users, tailoring content to different audiences and learning styles.
*Manage Feedback & Communication: Collect, analyse, and distribute user feedback to relevant stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates, manage risks and issues, and ensure effective communication across the organization.
*Maintain Program Governance: Contribute to program governance structures, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
What we want from you:
*Proven experience as an Change Management and Enablement Consultant or similar role.
*Experience leading and driving change
*Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
*Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Willingness to travel to client sites within the UK and potentially within the EU.
