7pm – 6am, Monday to Wednesday (week 1) / Monday to Thursday (week 2)

Our client is well-established within the Aerospace sector and are looking for a confident and passionate Quality Inspector to be responsible for ensuring all components have been manufactured to the satisfaction of AS9100 Accreditation as well as internal standards.

Quality Inspector
Job Description
*Record all suppliers’ non-conformities (NC’s)
*Interpretation of blueprints/drawings and inspection of complex Aerospace components using principles, inspection equipment and CMMs
*Maintain and collate all relevant paperwork, ensuring traceability for each component
*Create qualification assessment documents (QAD) to define process checks to all operational staff

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and external stakeholders.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational/planning skills.
*Fully conversant with the interpretation of complex engineering drawings and specifications
*Previous experience working within a Manufacturing environment
