Job Description:
A successful & leading independent estate agent in Petersfield is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join an established and friendly team.
The ideal candidate must already have a successful record behind them in the property industry, with a natural ability to generate new business, build chains, skilfully handle and negotiate complex offers and have a can-do attitude when supporting the branch manager and other team members.
Main Responsibilities to include:
*Market Appraisal generation both present and historical
*Viewing generation & attending
*Conducting overflow valuations & winning business
*Handling negotiations
*Canvassing
*Emphatic and Productive Client Care
*Timely Viewing Feedback
*Sales Progression
*Assisting with internal & external advertising
The Ideal Candidate:
*Self-motivated and Sales Driven
*Enjoys working in the Property Industry
*Professional and well mannered
*Confident handling high end clients and properties
*Strong Negotiating Skills and comfortable closing
*Friendly and approachable
*Empathy
*Well organised
*Supportive, honest & loyal
*Proficient IT and administration skills
*Expert written and communication skills
*Dependable
A basic salary in the region of £25,000 is offered with an OTE £40,000. A five day working week Monday to Friday is required, with Saturdays on rota with a day off in lieu.
Please note that to be considered for this role, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
