Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Dorchester
Salary: £27,000 FTE
Job Type: Part-Time – 20 Hours – Monday to Friday (08:30-12:30)

Key Responsibilities:
• Stock Taking and Management: Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of stock movements and inventory levels.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on stock status and office operations.
• Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with stock management responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
