Job Description:
Residential Conveyancer, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, c£55,000 (DOE), Market leading law firm seeking conveyancers who are looking for a new opportunity. JOB REF:7300.
• This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and quality focused firm.
• Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers with at least 5 years’ experience to join this highly regarded part exchange team
• You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of transactions including unregistered properties bought and sold by way of part exchange by national housebuilders
• You will draft and send out conveyancing paperwork, deal with pre-contract enquiries, review and report on title and searches, negotiate and exchange contracts and deal with completions.
• You should have passion for this sector and the drive to make an ongoing contribution.
