What does the role entail?
Working with clients, you will collect monies due on the accounts receivable ledger, bringing queries to a swift resolution, ensuring accounts are up to date and credit limits not unduly affected.
More importantly you will understand your impact on the business, a well-managed credit accounts enables our client to work efficiently.
Not content to be average, you will be keen to spot opportunities to improve the service you offer, confident in highlighting ways to continuously develop.
Credit Controller Requirements:
A proven track record in Credit Control helps to ensure success for all parties.
Your exceptional customer service, communication and the ability to build relationships that will give you the edge in this role.
You will monitor outstanding invoices, ensure timely payments, and reduce overdue balances
You should have experience of resolving queries quickly and taking ownership to deliver the highest customer experience. Address and resolve any payment disputes or issues raised by customers whilst maintaining strong relationships.
Proactively follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, and letters, ensuring outstanding debts are minimized.
Ensure all credit control procedures are followed and suggest improvements to reduce bad debts.
Benefits:
Working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 with one hour unpaid for lunch
Salary - £24,500 - £26,000 DOE
