Job Description:
Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a group of companies in the construction industry, in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to be based from the office in South East Leeds.
What our client is offering for a successful Customer Service Administrator: -
*Salary £26,000 - £27,000 per annum (open to going up to £30,000 per annum for the right candidate)
*Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
*Permanent

The Role - Customer Service Administrator:
*Responsible for processing orders onto the system, checking stock levels and ensuring customer service satisfaction during each email and telephone call interaction
*Responding to customer email and telephone requests
*Confirming prices and processing new orders
*Up-sell orders where possible and offer alternatives
*Assist customers with their invoice enquiries
*Meet KPIs: Customer Happiness, Orders Processed, Response Time
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator :
*Previous experience working in an administrative role processing orders - ESSENTIAL
*Experience working in a construction / civils / building services industry - DESIREABLE
*Customer Service Experience - ESSENTIAL
*Excellent telephone manner
*Culture Driven: Unity, Team Player, Good Communicator, Upbeat and down to earth
Key skills or similar Job titles: Sales Administrator, Sales Administration, Customer Service Admin, PO Administrator
