Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious premium menswear brand, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and exclusive designs. They are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in one of their flagship locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including team management and store performance.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
- Support in maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s premium image.
- Contribute to driving sales through effective team leadership and by implementing store strategies.
- Help recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism and product knowledge.
- Monitor stock levels and support in inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Step in for the Store Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, ideally within the premium fashion or menswear sector.
- Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Team player with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Passionate about achieving sales targets and contributing to store profitability.
- Knowledge of current menswear trends and premium products.
