Job Description:
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Warehouse Administrator to work in their facility in Welshpool
For the successful Warehouse Administrator, our client is offering
*Salary £27,250 P/A
*Hours of work Monday to Friday 07.00 AM to 3.00 PM or 08.30 AM – 5.00 PM.
*Permanent position

The role: Warehouse Administrator:
*General SAP support to all logistics and Production users
*Monitor production orders to ensure they are completed correctly and troubleshoot any inconsistencies
*Manage the TECO transaction and correct any faults
*Produce SOPs and provide SAP training to shop floor staff
*Liaise with Shift Managers and Warehouse Managers to investigate stock anomalies.
*Carry out housekeeping tasks in the Logistics and Production departments
*Raise tickets to JIRA for any unsolved problems
*Maintain a high level of communication with various internal departments
*Raise purchase requisitions for ordering PPE and consumables
*Produce weekly and monthly reports
*Any other reasonable management requests
What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Administrator:
*SAP experience is - ESSENTIAL
*Previous experience in a similar position within logistics or production – ESSENTIAL
Key skills or similar Job titles as the Warehouse Administrator:
Warehouse Administrator, Production Administrator, Logistics Administrator, SAP, MRP, ERP, Stores Administrator
