Graduate Surveyor
Salary: £25k - £27,500 + company benefit package and further training
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon- Fri 9am - 17.00pm

Do you have an accredited degree within surveying and are looking to progress your career within a well-established organisation that offers support, training, and career progression? If so, my client is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and bright individual to join their experienced team where you will receive full support from the team, covering properties in Sussex, Surrey, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
*Supporting the team in carrying out property inspections.
*Completing valuation reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales.
*Corresponding with Clients - Communicating with clients and representing the company in a professional and diligent manner.
*Working with the team and senior management to make sure we provide the most efficient and informative reports.
*Liasing with counterpart surveyors and establishing strong business relationships.
*Undertaking project monitoring work for which training will be provided.
*Carrying out schedules of conditions and reviewing proposed works.
*Business generation.
The right candidate will have the following skills and expertise:
*Full UK driving licence and own transport.
*Ideally a member of RICS, CIOB or FPWS is desirable.
*Confident, client facing communicator both verbally and in writing.
*Accurate and reliable with an ambitious nature.
*General IT skills to utilise data bases and work though reports etc.
*Strong analytical abilities and efficient working methods.
*Great communication skills and a strong team player.
