This opportunity will offer an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor a true variety of projects to learn from, structured, 1:1 APC support, with a high company-wide success rate and fast-tracked progression to senior positions.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will work on a portfolio of private sector projects, across the commericial, residential and education sectors, with schemes spanning across London and the home counties.
In your role as a Graduate Building Surveyor you’ll work closely with the Director of the team, learning directly from them with 1:1 support and grow into an integral piece of the new team that is being constructed.
Person specification
If you are a Graduate Building Surveyor with good communication skills and keen to work long-term in an SME, where you’ll benefit from no-capped progression, then this is a brilliant role to kick-start your career.
*MRICS qualified (Ideally)
*RICS accredited degree, in Building Surveying ideally
*Experience in a private practice/consultancy environment
*Solid private sector knowledge would be advantageous
*Great communication skills, both written and verbal
