Job Description:
*Annual Equivalent Salary: £30,000 (pro rata for hours worked)
*Location: Colchester
*Job Type: Part-time (4 days per week, Monday to Thursday)
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team, providing essential support across various HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running with an immediate start.
Day-to-day of the role: *Responsible for advertising roles, managing the pre-interview process, and liaising with agencies.
*Utilise Excel to produce reports, analyse, and clean data.
*Support the probation period process, including sending reminders to managers and producing monthly trackers for escalation to the HR Generalist.
*Assist with general day-to-day HR queries and keep staff notifications up-to-date on notice boards.
*Collaborate with the HR Manager to review and draft HR letters, forms, and templates.
*Provide administrative support, including tracking Purchase Orders.
*Handle occupational health referrals in conjunction with the HR Generalist.
*Take notes during meetings and other HR sessions.
*Support the HR Generalist with managing employee benefits.
*Assist with HR projects, particularly those involving the use of ADP and Microsoft platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proficiency in Excel, ADP, and Outlook.
*At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
*Experience with Fiori is advantageous but not essential.
*Ability to work independently with strong confidence and motivation.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
