Salary: £15.95 per hour
Location: Sudbury, Suffolk
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)

*Day Shifts: 6am - 6pm (2 days)
*Night Shifts: 6pm - 6am (2 nights)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our clients team in Sudbury, Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently within our clients site, following a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. You will work two 12-hour day shifts followed by two 12-hour night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

*Safely and efficiently operate a counterbalance forklift in compliance with site procedures and health and safety regulations.
*Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse as required.
*Ensure all loads are secured and stored correctly.
*Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues or defects.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements:

*Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Licence (valid and up-to-date).
*Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to work both day and night shifts as per the rotating pattern.
*Willingness to complete a mandatory induction prior to starting.
