Job Description:
New SEND Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Cheshire West!
Amazing opportunity for my SEND specialists working within a PRU in Cheshire West! You will be working with students that have either been permanently, or are at risk of being excluded from mainstream schools.
This job will begin on a temp contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role, following a successful induction, and perfect attendance.
MUST have experience working within SEND environments, and have strong knowledge on how to promote behaviour management.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver lessons in accordance with curriculum requirements, and teacher instructions.
*Possess and maintain a deep and secure knowledge of your subject and the open mindedness to try a more hands on approach to the curriculum.
*Create a challenging and stimulating classroom climate that will motivate pupils to learn, think independently, empathise with others, and perform to the best of their abilities.
*Be aware of the learning needs of the pupils you teach and ensure that each student is given every opportunity to fulfil their potential.
Requirements:
*Strong Classroom Management Skills or experience within SEND environments
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
