Service Delivery Manager for the Insurance Sector in London
We are looking to fill an exciting opportunity as a Service Delivery Manager within Insurance sector. Our client is seeking an individual who can manage relationships between business stakeholders and IT service delivery, ensuring that expectations are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication channels between various parties involved in IT service delivery
- Implement SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with vendors and ensure compliance
- Identify areas of improvement within existing systems or processes
- Ensure effective resolution of incidents by liaising with internal teams
Qualifications & Skills Required:
ITIL Certified - The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience working under this framework specifically relating to incident management, problem management, change control etc.
Communication skills - An essential skill required given you will be acting as liaison amongst many different departments such as operations personnel, product development team members , software developers among others.
Management Experience - Must have previous work experiences managing vendor contracts effectively using SLA’s across multiple locations/departments/teams.
Experience With Stakeholder Management- Candidates must demonstrate ability balancing stake holder demands against technical constraints while maintaining good rapport throughout every engagement.
This role offers up to £525 per day (Umbrella) on an initial 12 month contract. This role will be hybrid with a couple of days per week in the London office.
