Responsibilities;
*Speaking with agents and customers on the phone
*Providing quotations to customers and agents.
*Booking new shipments.
*Negotiating international freight rates
*Arranging of air and sea freight bookings
*Liaising with agents and customers.
*Managing cross-trade shipments.
*Handling invoicing.
Skills Required;
*Experience working within global freight forwarding
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience working with air and sea freight bookings
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Dynamic team player
